Nei Jia Quan, Internal Kung Fu
Xing Yi Quan (Hsing-I Chuan) is an internal system of kung fu based upon
military spear techniques,
five element philosophy, and
Qigong. General Yueh
Fei is credited as the creator of this system.
Xing Yi Quan is part of our Internal Kung Fu
Curriculum. It, along with Ba Gua Zhang and
Xingyi Quan are considered the three
"Sister Arts" of Internal Kung Fu.
The Xingyi we teach comes from Wang Shu Shin (Wang Shu Jin) and Shen Mou
Hui. The curriculum
includes post standing, San Ti, Five Elements and Twenty Animals (12 plus
8 others), Additional training
includes the spear, sabre, and other weapons, iron rings, application, san shou,
and joint hands.
